I’m impressed with the efficiency and transparency of this company. Each dispatcher works with a handful of drivers. It gives them more time to find good loads. It’s also no forced dispatch so you can accept or decline any load you want, completely stress free.
When I have a problem they go above and beyond to fix things to keep me going. I’ve never been treated better, and I’ve worked for a bunch of different companies!
